CARIBBEAN SHIPPING: Orders to the Caribbean islands are shipped with Trinidad Standard Mail (delivered in an average of 4-6 days). Refer to the Shipping Chart below for shipping cost details.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES SHIPPING: Orders to All Other Countries are shipped with Trinidad International Air Mail (delivered in an average of 10-14 days). Refer to the Shipping Chart below for shipping cost details.

Return/Refund/Repair Information

Refund: No Refund/Returns for items are given at this time unless the item is lost during delivery. Since no refunds are given, Mingi will gladly reply to any specific questions you have about the item before purchase. So, please inquire about the item and make sure you love the item(s) before purchasing!

Repairs: If the item arrives damaged Mingi will gladly fix it and ship it back with no extra charge. We ask that the customer be responsible for shipping back the item with USPS/UPS/FedEx. For repairs, please ship back the item(s) within 5 days upon receipt. All Mingi items are carefully packed and shipped; however, in the rare instance that the item arrives damaged, please email Mingi@MingiEarrings.com immediately with "Return/Exchange" on subject line for instructions on how/where to ship back the item.
